Mentality Training for Athletes

Victors Edge Mentality Training will give you an edge over the competition.  Our mentality coaches will challenge thought processes and build a mindset that creates success.  Training sessions use facilitated experiences to build leadership, communication, mental toughness, goal-setting and character within your athletes.  All sessions are priced to fit within your budget!
We will help you meet your goals for the experience. Planning your retreat is easy.  Use this sample schedule from a Weekend Training or create your own.

Sample Schedule:

Friday

6PM Arrival – Greeting and Check In

7-8:30PM – Playing with Character Training Session

8:30- 10:30PM – Snack & Free Time – Use our game room, have a campfire or many other fun activities

Saturday

8-9:00AM – Breakfast

9-10:30 – Winning Communication Training Session

10:30- 12:00PM – Activity block – Practice or a fun activity like swimming, canoe trip, Frisbee golf

12-1:00 – Lunch

1-2:30 – Mental Toughness training session

2:30-5 – High adventure experience on the ropes course or climbing wall

5:00-6:00 – Dinner

6-7:30 – Outcomes-based behaviors (goal setting) training session

7:30-9:00 – Activity Block

9-10:30 – Snack & Free Time

Sunday

 8-9:00AM – Breakfast

9-11:00 – Leadership training session at the Segar Mountain Rescue Site

11-12:00 – Activity Block

12-1:00 – Lunch

1:30 – Depart
