Specialized Foster Care homes provide services for children who have been neglected, abused or have a beginning history of delinquency and are at risk of harm or increasing problems if left in the home and community.

The strength and emphasis of the program is to work with families in establishing permanency for children (reunification home, placement with a relative, adoption or independent living).
