Thank you so very much for the time, care, and compassion you spent yesterday with Danielle. Not many people would have shown that level of concern to someone who had cussed them out, assaulted them, and damaged their property. The fact that you both tenaciously "hang in" with Danielle is a testimony to both your empathy and professionalism.

I feel like great strides were made with Danielle yesterday and I am most optimistic about her continued success. This would not be possible if you both had not gone the extra mile with this angry, hurting, little girl.
