WINGS focuses on keeping youth in the home and community by offering services to help them lead a crime-free lifestyle. WINGS targets families in Osceola, Clare and Mecosta County. Programming is aimed at enriching the whole family, as well as encouraging youth to become productive members of society. Counselors and mentors work in the home of the youth and collaborate with school and court systems to provide advocacy and support.
